Most places have this game for $30. At that price there needs to be more to the game... it is to short for the price. Steam has it for $7.50 today (and I think around $10 through Jan 3rd). At that price it is a good deal and worth picking up if you enjoyed the original and the first expansion. I am basing this on the single player and have not played the online part of the game. Even just considering the single player part it is an ok deal at $7.50. If the online part is at all good than it is a very good deal.
If you like real time strategy games or world war II games and you have not tried the company of heroes series yet you should do so. You can pick up the original game and both expansions for around $35 on steam this week. Not sure how much it is normally but I think it is around $50.
Very good series and this expansion is a nice cap to the series as long as you can get it on sale.
