This game kinda sucks. Other than the obvious graphical improvements since the early sim city games (which this seems to have spawned from), the game itself is very boring. There are no natural disasters at all, the terrain editor is difficult to use and not practical at all, so that part pretty much sucks, and it is far to difficult to achieve anything beyond a small annoying city, that is largely in debt, and struggling with cultural tension. I was very dissapointed with this game and would strongly discourage anyone from buying it unless you're a sim FREAK or a city architect.
