Party fun and easy to pick up, frantic gameplay. But not a lot of substance.

If there's ever a game that could use some additional content via download this is it. It's a fun little game that's easty to pick up and actually pretty fun to play. Basically, you have to track down the fugitive (and often fight 3 other players/cars for the criminal) and then score in a number of ways by taking them to jail via a jail house, paddywagon or helicopter pickup. it can get pretty hectic and frantic and if you have a few friends it can get crazy. The gameplay is sharp on controls. The cell-shaded graphics are cute and the cars look incredible. There's not a lot of difference in them but some are faster and have better grip on dry roads while some are heavier and harder to knock loose (a little) and do better on the Alpine level. The biggest downfall of this game is the lack of different modes and the fact that there are only 4 maps. There's a good number of cars even before you unlock all of them. But it would be nice to see some additional levels or a bigger difference in the vehicles (there's a good number of them). Overall this is a fun game that offers frantic and simple yet addictive gameplay. It would of just been nice to see some more levels and some more factors in choosing a vehicle. It's not quite a demo but still not quite a full game either.
