I recomend this game to people who are truly into the "Breath of Fire" series...

User Rating: 7.7 | Breath of Fire: Ryuu no Senshi SNES
You are probably asking yourself, "Why does a game like this deserve a 8.0?" Well truth be told I have always been a big fan of the "Breath of Fire" series and have a pretty good comprehension on where it is coming from. The game starts you off as the Ryu the leading roll who has a blood connection with the dragon clan and is out to save his sister who insured the safety of the clan from getting obliterated by what is truly evil. Now it is Ryu's duty to go and save his sister, who is willing to sacrifice herself to insure that her clan does not become extinct.

Gameplay- The gameplay is very simplistic and easy to understand. One of the coolest features that this game has to offer is that each of your character has a transformation ability that they with hold with Karn. And oh yes, I forgot to mention the dragon forms, these are forms you obtain throughout the game as you collect your dragon equipment and visit the wise old men that tend to know about your kind.

Graphics- The Graphics in this game could be a little better, I personally don't think they really live up to what the SNES is really capable of, if you look at Chrono Trigger or Final Fantasy III (Final Fantasy VI in Japan) then you will understand where I am coming from.

Sound- I truly appreciate the sound track that this game has to offer, especially the second battle theme (really catchy).

Value- Now as far as me playing this game again after beating it, probably very slim at best, because there is alot of things in this game that I truly do not wish to experience again in regards to the fact that some points in this game are just plain boring.

Overall I recommend this game to people who are truly into the "Breath of Fire" series as I am, reason being is that alot of people tend to think that graphics make a game, but that is not true, it is a good story waiting to be told is what makes a good game.
