One of Capcom's finest NES releases. A real gem with unique gameplay.

Aaah, the good old days. Back when Capcom on the box meant that I would like the game (most of the time). Bionic Commando is already more than 15 years old, but it still plays like recent handheld titles.

You are a commando with a twist: a bionic arm that can propel you forward or force enemies backwards. From a time where jumping was still new (remember, Super Mario Bros was only a little over a year old at the time), this gave action games a whole new dimension.

The play controls were very responsive, the maps immersive, and the difficulty was just enough to get you hooked without being too easy. I recommend all NES fans pick it up today!

  In 1988 Capcom unleashed a grappling hook in the form of Bionic Commando. Go-go Gadget Arm!
