Yes, I played this. Why? Because it was Gamespot's worst rated game. It is absolutely dredful. I made a game on the UDK that was 10X better than this and it had no enemies. F--k. Did the developers even know how to make a game? Apparently not. A five year old could have done a better job. Have fun driving off the map of this completely unpolished game.
