I'm late to review this game because it's hard to put down. I bought the PS4 on launch day as I had it pre-ordered since last summer. I've been a big fan of Battlefield since Bad Company. I bought COD Ghost and Killzone Shadowfall soon as I got my PS4. Let's just say that Ghost and Killzone has been collecting lots of dust for the past months. BF4 has improved in so many aspects is impossible to go into all of them in detail.
Let's start with Graphics. They will blow you away, literally. The fire, vehicles, explosions and players all look 100 times better than the PS3.
The Sound. I recommend the PX4 for this game. You get Dolby Digital Surround Sound. The mic is super clear, the footsteps, explosions, buildings falling, walls crumbling from Tank shells, forget about it, it doesn't get better.
The Physics. When you see enemies get shot from different angles, it's always unique. When they fall or fly from bullets or shells/grenades whatever, the realism is superbly improved then BF3/PS3. Basically all the Physics of the game are freaking out of this world real, you feel the immersion big time.
The Game Modes. Here is where this game shines. I've been hooked to Conquest, but this version of Obliteration on this game is the jewel. Warning, you will not be able to put the Joystick down. Stay away from this mode if you want your life back. It's that FUN!!!
The Depth. Forget, way to much to even start here, but lets just say it's BF4 style with eternal things to unlock.
I can go on FOREVER about this game, but it's worth every penny just for the Multiplayer. The Campaign is great too, but lets face it, this is about Multiplayer.
