Great Shooter for Next Gen.

User Rating: 9 | Battlefield 4 PS4

What a way to kick in the PS4 but with one of my favorite shooters franchise of all time, DICE has done a wonderful job on this game so much to talk about, well let's get started.

Gameplay: As in any war game you play a solider out to carry out whatever hell hold he has stepped into, as always, seriously these scenarios are like crazy awesome. You play as Sgt. Recker as you protect a man who is in hiding from the Chinese along with two partners Irish and Pac who at times have either great dialogue or falls short but not enough to make these two fun to listen to, from the sea to the snowy fields, you survive and push on.

Controls: Now I know some PC players say they have the best set up, but I say this it takes more skill to play and aim for the perfect head shot with a controller than it does with the keyboard, the set up is easy and flows great, you don't have to feel like you need to have strange positioning of the fingers when taking down an enemy, with the brand new controller and the new touch pad, it doesn't utilize it as much as i was hoping for, but maybe in future installments it will.

Music/Sound: Most feel real sounds are great to listen to these days, from the shot of bullets to the exploding of buildings, nothing falls short of the sounds you will hear, as for the music when situations calls for it, it can suck you into how dangerous the mission can be, or when a victory lies ahead, the composer really did a good job with this.

Environment: Now for my favorite part of the game, the level design, with a new system and bigger hardware you bet your butt, they pulled out a lot of stuffs with the look and feel of every scene in this game, weather you're on a boat on a ocean that feels amazing, or running through a prison that can be demolished at moments notice, and with the brand new LEVELUTION you never play the same map twice, I really enjoyed the new aspect of the game, and you will too.

Mutiplayer/Co-op: With any shooter nowadays people only seem to play for the mutiplayer, which they should, because a huge 64 player match on the PS4 and PC its great to always find a massive battle going on. with Matches like Conquest do a great job setting up huge battlefields, or in Domination where you run around a smaller version of the Conquest maps and capture areas, or if you let to Set up the bomb, Defuse is for you. Something for everyone to play with weather you're a lone wolf or like to work as a team.

The Bad: Now with all games they're bad things, but the only thing I found something bad is in online where sometimes you can get disconnected at times, but those mostly happen in Conquest mode because of such huge maps, the story seems bland at times with pause moments to not really further the characters.

All and All: I love BF4, because I love destroying environments and have been waiting for something like this game to push for it and it has. So if you have the money go and buy it, you won't be disappointed.
