While Bad company was released just a year ago many people are still craving more from this multiplayer sensation. Now this is where 1943 comes in, it strips the battlefield game down to a fault. If any of you played BF.Heros this game will remind you of it considerably minus the cartoon design. So only 3 classes 3 maps and one of the most addicting multiplayer games ever made. Many people complain of the lack of guns and maps I disagree on the full most. There are 2 types gun for each class on a team counting special weapons if you do the math the total number of weapons would be 13 weapons which isn't to shabby. The maps are quite huge and will offer plenty of new places for you to set up ambushes and locales for snipers. Also with the frostbite technology the battlefield can be destroyed and altered to your liking making a new map every time you play. Now for a downloadable game the graphics are boarding on amazing. The game looks better then full a retail game from the dazzling ocean to to the explosions the game just simply looks great. The game also allows people to unlock trophies and ranks. This will keep many playing one more match to for that allusive unlock. While you don't get anything for unlocking them, you do get the satisfaction of doing so. The controls are easy and accessible to anyone. Which were ported from Bad Company but this time around it allows parachutes and you just click R3 to sprint then holding it down. Many of the vehicles take a little while to get used to so you will be driving tanks though walls in no time. People are also complaining about how hard it is to pilot a plane it's not hard at all and you'll be flying like a ace in under ten minutes of flight. Now to the actual gameplay that can make or break a game. The game only consist of conquest ,which is the favorites in most servers in Bad Company, therefore you won't miss any other game form. The game has also been made more accessible from unlimited ammo to regenerated health ala. call of duty. But this is even out by how easy it is to die. For example about one shot from a sniper, 3 shots from a rifle, and about 6 or 7 shots from a smg can kill you. This means you will be dead a lot and you will be killing a lot in each life. Some people complain about connection issues on the PSN and for the most part I disagree I found no connection problems unless when I wanted to join a match and it takes 3 to 4 times. This only happened once and a wile though. All and all for 10 dollars compared to the 15 on xbox360 you can't go wrong with Battlefield 1943 on the PS3. My official ranking is a 8.2
