A miserable port!

User Rating: 1 | Bass Pro Shops: The Strike PC
The premise is great. The authentic lakes are a treat. But what really kills this game is the way it has been shamelessly ported to the PC platform! Right away after installation the game tells you that you need a dual-core CPU to be able to play. Alright it is a modern game, so it is acceptable that more power is required, no problem. Then I boot it up, and I get slapped in my face.

THERE ARE NO VIDEO/GRAPHICS OPTIONS! This means you cannot set the desired resolution; you cannot tweak the visuals to your liking, no vsync no nothing!

This must be the worst port I have ever encountered. This port is not worth the packaging material! Avoid it at all costs. If you want a fishing sim, then stick to Rapala Pro fishing for the PC. The game is a tad dated but has as good visuals as "The Strike" and is not a retarded port. What were they thinking when they were releasing this game to the PC? If you are serious about PC gaming, then this game/port should be an insult to you.
