There are four nations...luckily, you get to play three of them.

With the release of the hit Nickelodeon show back in February, you saw Aang, Katara, and Sokka make their debut. Yes, Aang is the last airbender; Katara the waterbender; and Sokka, the boomerang thrower. In this Wii game, you get to play as the three of them, including Haru as you progress through the game.

The cool part of the game, is that you get to use terrific bending moves, and there are thankfully four for each character. You will also have to rely on the amount of chi that your character has, or else you can't use your special bending moves. Even better, over time, you will level up and upgrade your bending moves or even get a whole new selection.

When coming to graphics, Avatar does a good job, but is a missed opportunity. The graphics are those of Paper Mario, and when at the cutscenes, they look pretty realistic. Yet, these graphics can drop the frame rate. Especially when you are in a location where the graphics differ from those of the animations. Nonetheless, this minor setback puts the game back by two full points.

While it may seem like a pretty good game, those who can become frustrated easily should stay away from this game. For example, when it comes to the boss battles - you will either find a challenge or an easy way out. I won't give anymore information off about this game, but luckily if you visit a local GameStop it is only priced at $12.99! Talk about convenient!
