Hideo Kojima's much-anticipated sequel was shown off in more detail at Sony's State of Play on Wednesday. To begin with, Sony confirmed rumors and announced that the Death Stranding sequel is officially titled Death Stranding 2: On The Beach.

Beyond that, however, the trailer is an all-timer for weird and out-of-context scenes and dialogue that likely will be tough to unravel even after players have finished the game. But if you're up for trying to decipher this trailer, which features the world's weirdest maternity ward, a talking puppet, a weaponized guitar, giant hand-like spiders, and (of course) plenty more walking. The trailer also shows off a lot more diversity in the environments, and Troy Baker is shown to reprise his role as the villainous Higgs.
