Star Citizen Features Gary Oldman, Mark Hamill, Gillian Anderson in Its Campaign

Glad to hear that Star Citizen is going well and I'm one of the founders for this game. Now that Mark Hamill Gary Oldman are involve, I'm totally fine backing this game up.

To me this feels like it's just throwing away money, and with a staff of 270 people now, I think that's just not a great way to go about spending the cash they have—but I'm sure they're banking on these named actors bringing in more consumers, so maybe it's not quite a stupid as I personally think it is.

With a cast like this, and no doubt a healthy salary pay bill to match it, I am somewhat worried about SC's future.

It's great that they want to bring back the epic stories of Wing Commander but imo this money had better been spent on actual mission design and gameplay. I don't want to go back to the 'Watch a 10 min video and then finish a 4 min mission' style gameplay of WC3 and 4.

Back then we didn't know any better, today we should expect more.

Makes me think of Wing Commander again. Wasn't both Rhys-Davies and Hamill in one (or more) of those games?

Despite whats been said lately regarding this game...project..whatever it eventually turns out to be, I stil believe SC can be something unique and awesome.
However, I AM honestly on my guard, I never had full trust in this 'project' to begin with. Will we EVER actually get to see and play Star Citizen? Who knows. My money is on, Yes. But when? I'm not gonna be surprised if it won't come out until 2017.
Either way, the cast in itself is friggin awesome. Fingers crossed it doesnt fall flat.

What's an amazing even last night. SC continue to have my support and money. The game is still 1-2 years to finish... don't mind about that. I'm proud to be part of this community. Look forward to play the new modules they can release in the following months.

@elitegamingguru is someone who is criticizing Star Citizen and the huge amount of work they are doing, a huge space MMO with space battles, if you wish to get involved in that sort of thing, and a single player campaign.

You can get all this for as little as $45.

He then proceeds to hate on people who criticize Battlefront, a game that is overpriced with no space battles at launch at least and a game with NO campaign and 1% of the content of SC. And all this for $60 (at least). #hypocrisymuch.

For the uniformed, it is suspected that this troll is a former backer who was banned form the game for abusing the developers. Please ignore him, he is the silliest of silly moos.
