SNES Classic Edition Pre-orders Available Right Now In The US [UPDATE: SOLD OUT]

I was upset i didnt get an NES Classic and was going to get this but then i got a Wii and modded it. Now i have every SNES and NES game + more.

Meh. I was thinking of getting one, but if it's sold out, that's ok. Only thing that interested me was Starfox 2, so I'm not forking my money over to scalpers. Besides, if it turns out to be a complete version, I'm sure someone will "share" it with us. As a man of honor, if Nintendo does decide to release this standalone, I'll gladly buy it from them or an official distributor.

First let me say that love when the M&M ad starts auto playing and in my panic to shut it off, I click it and then end up going to the M&M website, like that's a place I really want to hang out at. JFC. "Yeah, I used to peruse Gamespot but then I accidentally ended up here at M&M.com and man, I really love it. The community is great. Just asking but uh, can you get diabetes from a website?"

I still own my SNES from 91. It's sitting right beside one of my broken Wii's that is modded to the hilt with emulators and ROMS. My SNES and N64 still work. Two Wii's do not. That's why I decided to homebrew one of them. Now I can play hundreds of SNES, NES, Genesis etc games. Not buying one of these things for exactly that reason. I'll just look to the left when I'm playing the SNES ROMS and feel all fuzzy inside.

Have 2 of these on preorder in the UK, i much prefer the look of the European model tbh.. i wonder why they even look different in the first place? Seems a bit odd.

I would've bought every one of these NES, SNES, etc. But because i couldnt get the NES, i dont see a point in trying to get any of the others.

stock shortages have been a Nintendo thing since Christmas 1988.

It would be nice if Nintendo was to release retro game packs on the Switch. I would gladly pay for a Retro SNES pack of games on the Switch. I have no interest in a physical system for retro games.

Dont bother trying to get them. Scalpers are all over these.

I stayed up late last night and seen a popup on my Windows 10 PC that had the Pre-Order. That was at 11:31pm EST. I ordered mine from Wal-Mart within 2 minutes from receiving it. I don't understand why they sent it out so late but i just got lucky! I only ordered 1, i am not a stinking scalper........i hate scalpers.

And this is why I pre-ordered it from the UK. Yeah it was $20 more but at least I have one. So sick of Nintendo and how they put a shortage on a high demand product and then scalpers buy them all and charge 2x or 3x the price to get it.

Sorry everyone. You can blame me for the shortage because I pre-ordered 6027 SNES Classics without intending to pay for any of them.

Meh, I'm just gonna go walk into my Target Store and just buy SNES Classic Edition since I'll be heading there early in the morning and I know my store will have them.
