The most interesting and unique parts of this game are gone without the gamepad. This seems even more boring than the original.

Let me save people reading this from a massive waste of time and money. Don't buy this game. It is tedious, boring, infuriating, sloppy, terrible gameplay mechanics, and very small. However, with that said. They may have changed the game completely from the ground up.....hahha, no, no they didn't and we all know this. This is a cash grab. I bought and reviewed the original when it came out on the Wii U and it was horrible. I can tell you from what I have seen that the basics of the game have carried over. And you don't have the backpack on the Wii U screen which was the only redeeming feature of the first one in my opinion. I could rant all day about this game, but in the end I suppose it is your choice. I just want to save some from the massive mistake this game is.

I will give this game another try. I bought the Wii U and Zombi U was my first Wii U game I played, Ever before the pack in game Nintendo land. Zombi U was not the best to play since you had to use the Gamepad. So I'm glad that you can use a regular controller now. Maybe the graphics will be cleaned up at tad. But I'm happy that I can play this without the game pad now. Even though you could use the pro controller or even the wii mote and nunchuck. Having 2 screen to look up was not good, and wasn't fun. So at least this edition does away with the 2 screen gimmick of the gamepad.

I just wished that Ubisoft had released a physical copy of Zombi for PS4/XB1

They still didnt fix the flashlight, you still cant hardly see anything even with it on. This game needs the touch of modders to fix its many problems. Good luck PC and godspeed.

Looks the same, but it seems to run better. Which is to be expected.

Is it just the stream or did the framerate seem kinda low? In any case, I look forward to this! It's one of the Wii U games I really wanted to play, but the Gamepad really turned me off so I dropped it after a couple of hours. Now I can enjoy this game with a much better controller.
