Project Cars 2 On Xbox One X Will Look "Significantly" Better Than PS4 Pro, Dev Says

@gamerbum: Read all of it, already adressed your reply in my post. As for Sony I'm not giving them a pass either, they suffer from the same mistake, gpu abundance in comparition to cpu.

@slendertony: Not really. I was playing StarCraft on a dial up modem way before that so I knew it wasn't a fad. Actually there were a ton of fps games on PC that were online multiplayer.

@suicidesn0wman: Me? Probably not, since it'll be quite a while before I upgrade. My point was we all had 1080p TVs when PS4 and Xbox One came out. Games were expected to be 1080p. How many people game in 4k right now? Only some Pro owners and some PC owners... Even on PC, it sounds like more gamers prefer 1440p and a higher frame rate. So did resolution matter to me at the beginning of this gen? Yup. Does it matter to me right now? Nope(as far as 4k goes). Not everyone feels like I do, but I'm sure a lot do.

@gamerbum: ps fanboys definitely played the resolution card and now xbox Fanboys are saying the same thing. Imo both graphics and games are important so having the X for the better running multiplats and a pro for the awesome exclusives us the best way to go. If one can only buy one (thank god I have a good job and have all platforms) imo get a ps4/pro for the bigger library.

No its because the pony gamers know that it's not worth the upgrade if you already have a ps4. There isn't a big enough leap from the ps4 to the pro. That's why it's not selling as well as sony and the fans would like.

That guy from Kinda Funny Games Colin Moriarty said it best when talking about the pro saying that it's a piece of hardware that doesn't need to exist, that serves no purpose, that complicates everything with the ps4 that was dominating, why didn't they just wait til next year and announce ps5 it's unfathomable that Sony have done this. This does nothing for me. Then he's asked if he's going to buy one and he says flat out no.

Microsoft have played this one right by waiting a year for 4K to become more prevalent and offering a much more powerful more substantial upgrade.?✌️

@gamerbum: Sony went with a system that 2.5x as powerful as the PS4 as a mid-gen upgrade or for people that were new to PS4. Xbox is also a mid-gen upgrade that costs more. Would of been better if they waited another year and went with a new generation console(better CPU, improved controller, 8 tflops) As we have seen, many games still can't reach native 4k @30fps, and definitely not native 4k 60fps. Don't say Forza... OG Xbox had no trouble running that at 1080p 60fps. I think MS is a year too late to the mid gen party and 1-2 years too early for next gen hardware/games.

@gamerbum: Not sure why people think the Kix is going to be this huge thing. If the X1 couldn't push 30 million units the Kix sure as heck won't, and its games are still available on PC. Remember, it still needs to be fully BC with the One, so it will never have a game that truly pushes the hardware...

...although I think MS has backstepped on that stance recently and will eventually release a Kix exclusive game.
