Get Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 Free With Purchase Of Select Items At Newegg

Free beats paid every time.

Comments

As you've probably heard, the hot new game right now is Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. It's now available and comes with a multiplayer mode, three sprawling Zombies maps and, for the first time, a battle royale mode that bears similarities to PUBG and Fortnite. If you're considering buying Black Ops 4 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or PC, you might want to take a look at this deal from Newegg. If you buy select items, you'll get your copy of Black Ops 4 for free.

Like most offers that promise to give you a $60 product for free, you'll have to take it with a grain of salt. Not all of the items are being sold exactly at the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Some of the prices have been ratcheted up--but not as much as you might think. You'll still save a nice chunk of change compared to buying them separately.

You can find the full list of select items here. They mostly include hardware accessories, like three of the new color designs for DualShock 4 PS4 controllers. You'll get a free copy of Black Ops 4 for PS4 with purchase of the Sunset Orange or Berry Blue models for $90 each, or the Blue Camouflage design for $100.

Also included in the promotion are a wide selection of headsets. The cheapest eligible headset is the Playtronics Rig Flex LX headset for Xbox One that comes in black or white for $70; it comes with an Xbox One version of the game. Moving up the headset price scale, the new Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2 headsets for Xbox One and PS4 come with the corresponding version of the game. They haven't been marked up; they still sell at their MSRP of $250. PC gamers can get their free game with the purchase of World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth Collector's Edition for $140.

You can find the full set of eligible items here. It's not always obvious which version of the game comes with each item, so make sure the right one is in your cart before checking out. As for the game itself, take a look at GameSpot's Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 early review impressions to see if this year's installment lives up to the hype.
