Free PS4 PlayStation Plus Game For July Gets Substitution

I rather have the Detroit game but they swap a bad game with one that is just as bad

Detroit starts off (and I mean, like almost half of it) as very boring to me, but it gets better. It looks incredibly good too. It's the only choose your own adventure game that the choices I would make gave me an outcome that was not even close to what I wanted. It wasn't easy to predict how the outcome would be but I was also very stubborn in my choices. I generally try to save every single character while still being the most pacifist I could be; the game didn't like that and I got pretty much everyone killed. I didn't like it enough to go back through it again and make everyone out, but I thought that was interesting. Couldn't even get through Heavy Rain. It was hilariously bad. I wanted to around its launch but after much procrastination, I finally decided to try it when it became a PS Plus game, it was too late I think. I also already knew of the twist since I stopped caring some years after its PS3 release but wanted to know what happens.

Good job, Sony. I already have Detroit and it's a great game if you are into story driven experiences. I'm glad more will get to experience it and Heavy Rain which is also included in the deluxe package. As for Pro Evolution...

Bought the game on release day. Sold it two days later after finishing it.

Starts off well but weirdly meets every blockbuster cliché ever after something like the first half. Disappointing

As someone who played a lot of FIFA until I got tired enough of EA to abandon it and pay to win, I was excited about getting a full PES game to try out, they could have won a customer. I have no interest in Detroit, nothing about the style appeals to me.

I always buy QD games, because I love their style.

I've found these to be the perfect games to play with wives / girlfriends even if they're not into gaming. Basically long movies where you have some effect on outcome.

Why I don’t buy Quantic Dream’s games, Sony seems to publish just so they have something for PS Plus later. I’m not a soccer/football fan but PES was at least something we don’t normally get.

Well, I was really excited to play PES! I love soccer / football games, and haven’t played since fifa on PS2 I think. That said, I’ve been meaning to play Detroit and loved heavy rain. In any case can’t complain given the price.
