Dead Space

Yes, a full remake of Dead Space. This isn't a remaster, but the original game remade from the ground up. EA Motive is working on the project, with senior producer Phillippe Ducharme saying he joined the studio specifically to make Dead Space. Additionally, longtime fans have been consulting on the project, giving feedback to help make sure it's satisfying for new and returning players.

Apex Legends: Emergence

Apex Legends is entering Season 10 with Emergence, which features the new Seer character. Seer focuses primarily on stealth to track enemies without getting detected, and he's voiced by Halo 5 and Mass Effect 3 actor Iké Amadi. The season kicks off August 3 after the conclusion of the Thrillseekers event.

Grid Legends

Grid Legends is a brand-new racing game from Codemasters, a developer and publisher that EA acquired several months ago. An ambitious single-player story mode includes live-action segments, with Sex Education star Ncuti Gatwa playing a major role, and it will make use of Extended Reality technology similar to The Mandalorian for an immersive experience.

Lost in Random

The latest game in the EA Originals line, Lost in Random is from developer Zoink, who previously made Fe and Stick it to the Man. The Burton-like adventure features a unique take on combat with a companion named Dicey, and it pays homage to stop-motion animation in its world and character designs. Lost in Random releases on September 10 for all consoles and PC.

Knockout City: Season 2

Knockout City is getting a new content season focused on the magic of filmmaking in Hollywood. In this case, it's Holowood, at least for the game's new map, and there is a soda-powered ball that can obscure players' vision with its fizzy payload so you can go in for the knockout.
