Assassin's Creed Syndicate Has Achievement for Shooting Horses

The achievement listing for Ubisoft's upcoming stealth-action game Assassin's Creed Syndicate has emerged, revealing new details about some of the challenges that await you in 19th Century London.

One that stands out calls on players to flip five vehicles by shooting their horses.This achievement, courtesy of XboxAchievements, is worth 15 Gamerscore. It's called "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU."

Horse-drawn carriages play a major role in Syndicate. As explained in this Ubisoft video, players can strategically shoot at the horses of oncoming enemies to send them running madly in a different direction. Shooting them again kills the animals, creating an obstacle for your enemies to overcome.

The achievement "The War at Home" is unlocked after players "complete the World War 1 simulation." This suggests that Syndicate will have a level set in a simulation of that famous historical event. If that sounds familiar, it's because 2014's Assassin's Creed Unity featured a level set in World War II.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate release date is set for October 23 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, while the PC edition arrives November 19. The game is not coming to Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3.
