@quycho Get a square trade warranty when you buy your console. I'm going to get one for this bundle when I get it next week and It's only about $40 for 3 years.

i'll wait untill this november sony might launch ps3 bundle with uncharted 3. i'll get it by then...do any1 know the percentage of the new ps3 model of having yellow light of death? Becuz my current ps3 is having this problem right now and i dont wanna spend 150 plus shipping cost to fix (not worth it)...

@Toysoldier34, woa that is quite a rig. well im a noob with building computers(i've try it and i failed) but i have a alianware m17x.its got 6gb ddr3,intel core i7 940xm, ATI HD5870 Mobility Radeon. and a 17.0 inch WUXGA display (1920x1200). my fave game is either starcraft 2 or crysis.

Why didn't they make a package with the Move and the Sharp Shooter accesory?? I totally would've bought that, I really want to play this game with the Move. I need a new PS3 and this would have been perfect!

@Daian I'm just saying that this sounds great, but I don't got no money, man. My PS3 works and can run PS2 games, so I dont need a new PS3 anyway. On the other hand, I need a new 360 cuz the old one broke and the fee to fix it was $99, I sent it back when i still had the guarantee and they couldn't fix the damn thing so, yeah, and I heard slims don't go RROD. I don't look back, i love my new 360, it's cute. But thanks for caring, friend ^^.

COPMAN, you can use a USB drive to store games and pretty much everything, thats what i do for my 4GB 360, but you're right, it isn't much.

@ Eazy1891, It's tit for tat my friend Microsoft doesnt pack an hdmi cable with their system either. I know it doesn't make sense since both system boast hd graphics but it is their way of cutting cost. Also I would like to point out that at least Sony lets you swap out the harddrive with your own that can be bought at any computer store unlike Microsoft that charges you an arm and a leg for their own "special" hard drive. :(

I just got a PS3 and now they decided to bundle an awesome game with it for free. Just my luck.

@MrSelf-Destruct Granted mate, I'm not judging just playing devils advocate. My point is that parents usually have a more traditional view on games and toys; my sainted mother thinks consoles are for kids, period, and doesn't see why I should be interested in them. I suspect that parents will see the helmet and figure as toys rather than collectibles, will assume the package is aimed at children and thus will ignore rating on the game. I know it's not Sony's/Guerilla's intention to mislead parents, or their fault that some parents are too stupid to notice the bright red warning label, but that won't stop the backlash when they pop their heads in their kids room to see their child sawing through someone's windpipe or executing downed enemies.

@noble95x I built my PC, I have a Intel Quad Q8200 2.33GHz, EVGA GTX 460 Superclocked, 4GB DDR2, 1.5TB 7,2000, 32" and 19" monitors, Sidewinder mouse and keyboard, HPA2 5.1 Turtlebeach headset, Win 7 Pro, AZZA Orion case. I've put in a couple fans and lots of lights to help with over clocking. I have pictures on my profile.

sorry or being off topic sort of....but why wasnt there ever a main Sony one out.....also....you have this official Sony Playstation Bluetooth headset....and now the 2nd version is out.....yet.....you dont bundle it with the PS3? or an HDMI cable? whats up with that....i mean at least one of those two things would seem pretty smart right? and they should both be put in regular PS3 bundles anyway....or at least one of the versions have one and another have the other.....just seems right to me....

Wasn't there another PS3 with 250GB? To me that would be worth buying, especially since I haven't gotten Killzone 2 yet.

Damn Killzone 3 still ant out yet, it’s been weeks since the review was out, it may have lost that new game feel to it for some of us not so big Killzone fans But this is a great great deal Sony thax a million I may just get it if its still available next month, this is short notice for now

@noble95x I'm a PC gamer and I love building PCs. Then I play console only games on my PS3 so I don't have to pay for Live. From time to time I play on the 360 for exclusive games like Alan Wake.

Wow! This will be the perfect investment for me. I used to have a PS3, or should I say my daughter did, and I purchased certain games to play on "her" PS3. Well, since she moved out I've got a few games sitting here with nothing to play them on, so this will be the perfect chance for me to grab another PS3, along with what looks to be a killer title.

@Gelugon_baat thats just silly. The devise wont explode and obviously he ment that it will stop working or something. I am not against hacking a devise but i am against abusing the hack for downloading free pirated games. Overall good idea Sony

This is cool but the 1 thing I wish Sony would do that Microsoft & Nintendo do is make a special edtion system Sony doesn't do that & I wish they would some times

In light of previous incidents involving the hacking of the PS3, I am getting a hunch that the PS3 unit in this bundle may be... different from the previous ones. I am reminded of something that Brendan Sinclair had said about the Playstation Phone (or was it the NGP?) in << LINK REMOVED >> - something about Sony packing in a slab of C4 that is triggered to arm if the device is cracked open. The PS3 is apparently a lot bigger to pack more than just C4 though, if Sony wants to booby-trap its console in flagrant violations of product safety.

IMO, that's a great deal. I got my PS3 slim when it 1st came out for $300 and it was only 120 GBs, now its 160 GBs with Killzone 3 included for the same price. I just sh**ted my diaper after seeing this.

Great deal to bad the game that comes with it is horrible. I hate when companies do this, bundle it with a great game like Little big planet 2.

@Tevi Why would KZ 2 and 3 get released on the 360? KZ is a PS exclusive, has been since KZ1 i believe.

I wish games just sold their soundtracks separately as well. Nothing says 'screw you' to me by trying to find a soundtrack to a game 6 months old just to find out it was a CE exclusive. Not only that, but I don't enjoy all the other crap, I want the game and maybe a soundtrack, no crappy helmets.
