Awesomeness...

What more can I say, this game is truly unique. The storyline and the crazy, intense action is like nothing on modern consoles. This game provides hours of fun, and while it is a little short, it has great replay value and is even better as a multiplayer or party game. The animation and characters are quirky and hilarious, and the unlockable hats are quite amusing. If you were a fan of the Metal Slug series, or if you just like brutal cartoon violence, this is the game for you.

This game has combined the bloodthirsty, killer alien of the sort seen in horror movies and the cutesy, huggable critters from such films as ET, to create the one and only Alien Hominid. It's hard not to enjoy head-biting, slashing and killing in so many others ways the various FBI, KGB agents, war machines, and even other aliens you are pitted against. Along the way though, you do have some allies, such the ever present fat kids and a strange, marauding cybernetic eye. With a range of vehicles like cars, school buses, bulldozers, tanks, your own spaceship and even a pissed-off yeti to take control of, as well as environmental hazards and machines to use against your enemies, along with a boss in every level, sometimes even more than one, every stage is original and presents new challenges. With difficulty levels ranging from the impossible-to-lose thumb sucker, which doesnt let you past the first 4 levels, the game can be mildly challenging or near impossible, and is easy to get used to but hard to master.

As if all this wasn't enough, there are several hilarious mini-games to unlock, such as the button-mashing eating contest All you can eat, the very old-school Missile Mastar, and the strangely satisfying Pinata Boss, in which you play through the first level while trying to attack a pinata. Then there are the PDF mini-games, with 200+ levels of whacky problem solving mayhem, as well as a level editor so you can create your own levels to challenge your friends.

So if you want chaotic, fast-paced action, with a side serving of hilarity, you can't miss Alien Hominid.
