The best game of wrestling on the PlayStation console. Great FMV and entrance music, neat load screens, good long season mode with some strong cinematic elements, lot of unlockable items and much more. More good than bad in my opinion. Gameplay: Gameplay of the game is very neat. Menu screen is easy and nice. Ingame action is also nice, means the game is not that hard to play. Anybody can learn this game's curve in half an hour or so. Create a wrestler mode is also a great improved feature of the game. The button config. is also very good and make this game a good choice to pick for wrestling and esp. WWE fans. Graphics: Almost same as the first part. Great wrestler models, and fine background graphics in the ring and backstage. The arenas are definitely improved. Overall good graphics for PS console. Sound: Commentary from the classic Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler team would be nice but there is none of them. Most of the background music is hard rock. The sound effects add good effect to the atmosphere but overall no interesting background music and no commentary in this game. Value: Good season mode for wrestling fans make this game a good value. The best wrestling game around, and when the comparison to the first Smackdown, this game improved a lot on lot of things like its awesome backstage brawl levels, more moves, more cool FMV and more but still WWE SmackDown! series need some improvement. Overall this game is a nice pick for wrestling fans and WWE fans because this game is best game available for PlayStation Console.
