Better than expected. Actually quite fun.

This is a diamond in the rough. It is fun as it is now, but every time I play it, I can think of a hundred things i would have added to it. It plays like a proto-type of a really awesome idea for a game.

It borrows ideas from other successes like the Civ series, but who cares when they do it right and make it different enough to feel familiar but refreshing at the same time.

In some ways it feels thrown together, but for 20 USD I can forgive it to a degree.

I miss the depth for old school gaming that the 'console gamer' revolution has assimilated in the name of the al mighty dollar. I love the classic feel of this game. It was what I wanted the Civ series to always do but they never did.

Given a decent budget for this game and the second release would be epic. The first though is quite addictive. I can guarantee most strategy gamers will have a hard time going to sleep playing this game saying to themselves, 'Just one more turn and that's it.'
