Since E3 the X1 seems more interesting than PS4 and I find the Wii U more interesting than both of them.

Sony dance when someone does their job for them meaning they don't need to pay to do it themselves. Indies making games at little expense to Sony, using a streaming service which could make us pay through the nose to rent the right to stream games just so Sony don't have to put an emulator in their system, Microsoft cocking up their launch so they could get an easy advantage without them lifting a finger.

People love Sony so much and yet all I see is a lazy ass company.

A slow news week after E3, the most important story for me is the Steam Summer sale.

those Xbox commercial news are just stupid ...

I'm not sold on either console yet, but if the new Xbox One Phantom Dust game is just as amazing as it was on the original Xbox, then I'll probably pick up an Xbox One game for that game alone.  The first Phantom Dust was one of the best games I've ever played, very much overlooked and the online community was amazing, so I hope the developers don't screw that one up.  Nothing on the PS4 has really jumped up at me, but the Wii U's Mario Kart is mad fun.  I'll wait for a bit to decide which one to pick up...can only afford to get one console this time around since college. But the new Xbox One slogan is definitely the best one for this gen so far

Xbox has a better online community? Yea, cause 14 year olds blurting out every racial slur in the book makes for a great community.....

Those PS Now prices are ridiculous... That's what you guys were waiting for all this time? Sony once again, although smart, withhold crucial information at last years E3 and ever since. They played politics to win people over but in due time, it may really hurt them.

"It's more fun on X Box One" that still  suck xbox one.....

"It's more fun on X Box One" is alot better tagline than "Where the greatest play" , because the latter sounds a bit elitist(which is funny when PC gaming is currently a popular thing). And this pretty much concedes all the early PS4 sales domination was simply due to it being $100 cheaper, simple economics. Now it is back to core games, and may whichever console that caters to gamers most in the future get the most success!

They're kinda correct though. Sony is rather light on exclusives for at least 2014.

@Jeffyg3 yeah I couldnt believe the video they had here with the guys talking about Phantom Dust and none of them had even played the original.  Phantom Dust on the original Xbox was an amazing game.  What a bunch of noobs.

@Chatch09 They are talking about servers and just the features of the online services.  Pretty sure theres 14 year olds doing the same thing on the PS4.

@eternal_napalm It's just like the 90's. Except for the fact that both of those games came out in the 2000's.

Sevenizz

Poor tr0ll attempt as neither of those games came out in the 90s.

I wish I could live in the 90's perpetually actually, good times!

Sony focuses more on marketing than games. Shockingly, it's been working for them.

@rickphoenixxx Not sure I agree with everything you said but I do agree Xbox One's slogan is better.

@oflow @Chatch09  There is too many which drive me away from online gaming. I don't play online anymore too anoying

@Sevenizz No, they focused more on mocking the Xbox One and they still do...doesn't look like it'll continue on the that good part they got used to from last year as Phil Spenser and the M$ team have done a pretty good job so far.

I can't wait to get the Master Chief Collection, it will be a day 1 purchase for me :)

@eternal_napalm he must have heard the part about PlaystationNnow rentals being $3-20.

Thats was a real hahahahahahahaha

@northArrow not really.

Sony has Killzone, Knack, Deep Down, Bloodborne, The Order, Uncharted, No Mans Sky, LBP3, Planetside 2.

MS has Project Spark, Titanfall, Ryse, Forza 5, Dead Rising 3, Master Chief Collection, Sunset Overdrive, Below, INSIDE, Phantom Dust, Crackdown, Scalebound.

Counting 2015, seems like X1 has more upcoming exclusives than Sony.

(I may have missed a few Sony exclusives if so sorry)

That's part of marketing, you realize. Pepsi/Coke, McDonald's/Burger King have been doing the exact same thing for decades.

Oh yeah add on DriveClub, Abzu, Let It Die, Magicka 2 & Entwined for PS4

But I also forgot Fantasia, Ori & the Blind Forest, Forza Horizon 2, Dance Central and Fable Legends for X1.

@Sevenizz That's exactly what i'm getting at. It's almost already obsolete as M$ has massively improved since the Xbox One launch but $ony still primarily relies on the little jabs at M$ to promote the Ps4.

Again - all a part of marketing.
