People actually care that much about e3? What happened to the time when they scaled it back to press conferences, when they'd have to present some real in a serious setting, like a real product to consumers. Oh that's right, they started booking Usher.

In the end they are all about product to the highest profit, regardless of product itself, so they need these huge marketing farces to make you think the situation is otherwise.

For the record, if you are from the US, I think our government would prefer we use the term "Liberate". We 'Liberated' Denmark.... in Minecraft. Yeah freedom! Now they can vote for their leaders! We're great! And I hear they have rich iron deposits, we may liberate those too, for freedom.
