Why did they release this game, it really was a disaster if we compare it with the previous game.

I've got True Crime: Streets of L.A, and I remember what I said when I cleared it, "I just got to get the second game of True Crime". And well here it is True Crime: New York City.
I couldn't possibly imagine how good this game was going to be after a rather good succes in the previous game. So I did of course "buy" this game and I really was exciting about it.
But then everything in my mind started to change, I saw that everything in this game went bad. The way you steered your car was absoulotly much worse than in the previous game, the graphics has not even been changed so that maked the game a whole lot worse. And a big disappointment of course was that you were actually located in the most boring town you can play in "New York City" everything goes like squares it's actually annoying.
Well the story isn't that bad, you play as a ex-gangster which right now is a cop, and you get your job back and there is a lot of things going on in New York a lot of illegal negotiations and things like that and your mission is of course to stop that and the storyline can change after how you complete you missions, if you fail or accomplish it, and that's a thing I really liked with True Crime Streets of L.A.
But although this game has got a lot worser, so it really disappointed me, and I have to say that I really don't recommend this game for anyone even if it looks great on the pictures or trailers, don't buy it!
