Trauma center is a good game. Its about this disease called guilt and you have to operate on guilt patients(they're are some non-guilt patients) and eradicate the disease.The game is taking place on 2018 so some of the surgery things are fake, but that to me is nothing big. At first the goods include: Lot of surgeries, you get to pick your own instruments too, which is cool for me, and last and least i think the characters have cool personalities, but luckily not too much talking. Now the bad: the main thing is the difficulty level. This is probably the HARDEST game I played! I mean they should have let us pick the difficulty! I bought an action replay before but never used it, well now, it finally has a job! So bottom line, this is a really good game but I do not recommend this for people who don't play a lot of DS and/or surgery games.
