Try something different for a change.
SOUND: Voice work and music was okay, but I really wish there could've been more of it. In the middle of the game you'll hear just about all of the sound clips and music there is within the game.
GRAPHICS: The graphics are definitely not the best on the Wii right now. The anime art work is great along with the detailed backgrounds, but when it comes time for surgery, you'll notice the lackluster visuals the moment you start.
GAMEPLAY: This is where the game truly shines, and also the most important aspect of any game. The storyline is interesting, and won't bore you the 15-20 hours you'll play this game. Switching tools when cued to do so may seem infuriating and difficult at times, but you'll eventually get the hang of it. You're going to want to because it really shows what the Wii mote/nunchuck can really do.
BOTTOM LINE: It's a great game if you can put with the dull graphics and steep learning curve. And don't let your logic ruin your experience of the game. This isn't a surgeon simulator.
