I've been a fan of the series since THPS3 and have always had great respect for the games. What THPS4 does is bring together all the great things in series and to make highly superior and addictive experience. I'd say, judging that the series has now 'lost its way', that this is the peak of the series. There's so much to do in this game that when getting through three weeks and tons of missions you find that more missions have been unlocked! It's also extremely hard, I was forced near the end to cheat, but even with cheats it damn hard. As always the gameplay is super and very exciting. They've tookaway the two minute time limit and let you explore the levels and seek out missions. This is a really good feature and makes you spend more time on each level. The graphics are top notch for the most part. And the soundtrack is your usual mix of punk rock and hip hop. I don't mind the music, most of its actually good and fits the 'tone' of the game but honestly its not my sort of music.
Overall, THPS4 is yet another reliable game with addictive and fun gameplay. There's plenty to do and good graphics and music. In the end THPS4 is the best in the series and I highly recommend it.
