Sims 2 DS delivers great graphics, sounds and gameplay!

User Rating: 8 | The Sims 2 DS
Now The Sims 2 was on the PC first but then it was made for the Xbox/PS2/GC, PSP, GBA and the DS. Now the ds version might seem like a piece of crap but trust me it is VERY fun and addictive. Not only that it has some lasting value along with being able to play it in different ways (not a whole lot of reasons to go back but it's still fun). I have played all versions of this game (except the PSP version) and this version (DS) seems to be the best one out of all of them closely followed by the GBA version (I didn't like the Xbox version). Well anyway without further delay here are the pros and cons of The Sims 2 DS.

Pros:
-Very good length (10-15 hrs)
-Conversations are fun and are better than just taping the talk button and sitting back.
-Gambling

Cons:
-Graphics can lag with rain/sandstorms
-Getting all the license plates is dependent on what time of day it is (The game runs on the clock of your DS)
-To upgrade the hotel that you get at the beginning of the game it takes 8 freaking hours!

Now the point of the game is to run a hotel you get by renting out rooms to guests then collecting their money at the end of their stay (yes that means you actually have to wait till Tuesday to get payed). You can upgrade the hotel with different things like better rooms, art galleries and bars! Now when I mentioned the conversations are more fun in this one because its all about memorization! Pretty much depending on the body will tell you what action the want you to do. For example if someone holds out their arms you tap the hug button. Now I say to go buy this game but seeing how old it is it will be hard to find but if you find it somewhere for a cheap price I recommend you buy it. But as always it's your call.
