Zelda is back with one of the best Gameboy Color games ever!

User Rating: 8.5 | The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons GBC
I'm doing a review for both Oracle of Seasons and Ages, so prepare for the same thing with minor alterations.

Story: 7.5/10
It's about Link going to check on the Triforce, then being warped to Hollodrum where he must complete eight dungeons in order to stop Onyx. The adventure continues in The Legend of Zelda Oracle of Ages.

Gameplay: 9.0/10
The gameplay is everything you love about Link's Awakening, it's a very similar game, but the only problem with the gameplay in this situation is that some bosses can be rather frustrating, and some enemies can be annoying, and it can be too easy to die. You get all of your old school Zelda weapons, and even brand new items that all have their own unique purpose. It's really a solid part of the game. Oracle of Seasons focuses more on action in this matter, but that's sometimes where the downfall is.

Graphics: 10/10
Some of the best on the Gameboy Color. It's Link's Awakening but with color, that's the easiest way to describe it. It looks downright gorgeous!

Sound: 9.5/10
The music seems like a lot of effort was put into it. Such catchy tunes as the boss themes, the dungeon themes, the credits, they all sound so beautiful.

Replay Value: 8.0/10
While it's not the easiest to pick up and replay, it definitely does feel good to pick the game up after a few years and sit down and replay it, the only part that's hard about it is the simple frustrations that you don't want to be apart of again.

Overall: 8.8/10 "Solid"
This is absolutely a solid experience that every true Zelda fan must enjoy. It takes everything that you loved about the very first Zelda game, and Link's Awakening, mixes it, and makes it fresh.
