The Oracles games are a great addition to the Legend of Zelda series.

The Oracle games were a lot of fun when they came out in 2001. Like in Seasons, Link goes to see the Triforce at Hyrule Castle & the Triforce sends him to Labrynna. When Link arrives, he hears a scream and saves Impa, Princess Zelda's nurse, from some monsters. Together, they enter a clearing with a group of people gathered around a beautiful, blue-haired singer named Naryu. Then, a shadow appears from Imp & reveals itself as Veran, Sorceress of Shadows. Veran then possesess Naryu & opens a time portal to the past so she can disrupt the time flow in Labrynna. After this, Link visits the Maku Tree in Lynna City. The Maku Tree then dissapears in front of him. Link goes to the time portal used by Veran to get the past. While there, he saves the younger Maku Tree ensuring the Maku Tree's future self wouldn't died. Link then goes back to the present and learns from the Maku Tree that he needs the Essences of Time to beat Veran. Both of the Oracle games concentrates on a certain kind of gameplay. Ages focuses on puzzles and Seasons has more action in it.There are new items like the Seed Satchel, Power Gloves, and the Seed Shooter along with classic items like the boomerang, Roc's Feather, and bombs. One special item in Ages is the Harp of Ages. It can help you travel through time with 3 different songs that open time portals and etc. Also, there are three animals in both games that will help you out get pasted certain obstcles if you have the right flute to summon the animal. If you beat either of the Oracle games, you can transfer game data and items via passwords. After beating a linked game, you can fight the secret bosses, Twinrova and Ganon after Zelda is kidnapped. Both games are enjoyable and great for fans of the Legend of Zelda series.
