Simply perfect!
After multiple Zelda games in the past (which were all great) Fans of the Zelda series were in for a real treat here. Ocarina of Time was the first 3D zelda game released for the Nintendo 64 in 1998, this game was anticipated by Zelda fans everywhere and trust me it was well worth the wait! Obviously we play as the main hero Link who is on an adventure once again.
Thanks to the great analog stick on the N64 controller moving Link for the first time in 3D was no hard task.
This zelda game gives us items that should be familiar to any Zelda fan such as the Boomerang, the bow and arrow, and even the hookshot have returned to this game. BUT IN 3D!!! This game isnt Hard but also isn't easy either. It gives you a good story with many sidequests to keep you in your seat.
If you just got this game then the dungeons could give you a challenge but overall they aren't that difficult.
Most of the side quests are kinda long, some of them are even short but it adds to why this game is really good.
There is a lot to collect in this game, most notable is the fact that you can get a horse named Epona.

This games most notable feature is the fact that not too long in the game you'll travel 7 years into the future by pulling out the Master Sword. This is where the "second half" of the game starts. As you now have to travel through more dungeons as you learn new songs for your Ocarina, find pieces of Heart, gain new items, finds secrets, etc. Huge game here folks!
You can also go back to the present any time you want after you beat the Forest Temple so you can go back and get stuff you missed from that time.
Some things that you do in the past (present) will affect stuff in the future!
Not to mention that the music in this game is amazing! The music mostly consists of orchestral soundtracks that are just plain epic! Most of the songs in the game are well remembered by people who grew up with this game. They could recognize it at any time (myself included.)
Overall: The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time is an amazing game. No other game could beat it in my personal opinion. Good Story, Great gameplay, Incredible items, Superb music, whats to hate here?
Oh yeah! That F%$*ing Water Temple! Tortured every kid who tried to get past it...myself included >:(. That's my only complaint.
