An excellent game if you have a few friends to play it with...and a few gameboys...and a few connector cables....

From what I've seen the Singleplayer in this game isn't as good as Co-Op Multiplayer. The Multiplayer allows up to 4 players simultaneously, all of which need a Gameboy, and connector cable of their own.

The gameplay is very fun, and spans across 8 areas each with about 2-3 levels of increasing difficulty, the four Links will defeat enemy upon enemy to rescue the maidens, in each area, and finally Zelda near the end. Singleplayer includes 4 Link formations: Diamond, Wide, Long, and Box, and the multiplayer includes Long, and Wide. Link, and his seperatley colored look-alikes will fight bosses such as Shadow Gannon, The Big Ghost, and others.

This game has a unique control in Multiplayer with 2 or more players. Each player controls their Link with their gameboy, and when they enter a tavern, or dungeon their corresponding Link appears on their Gameboy, in which they control him from there. It's very interesting having your character walk from your TV onto your GBA, which adds to the new feel of the game.

Overall this is an excellent game if you have a few friends and the stuff needed to player multiplayer.
