The catalog of fighters this year is pretty good kof 12 is in the market but is it good as the other fighters?

I mean com on snk its 09 not 2000 were we were playing the king of fighters 99 evolution on the dreamcast. :p
Graphic wise kof 12 does it's job sweet animated characters and good 3d backgrounds. But the menu is horrible its hardly detailed looks like the developers rushed this one.
The most important thing about a fighter is gameplay kof 12 is decent online got patched on ps3 so it plays smooth now but there is a lack of modes witch is a let down the character selection isn't to big for a kof game. So some fan favorites didn't make it. But over all the game is decent at one point Graphics 8.0 Gameplay 7.0
