Fun for a bit, but...

CONS!
-Dark Brotherhood mission can ruin chance of getting Falkreath House
-Not much variety in house.
-Houses will all look practically the same.
-No remodeling.
-Mannequin moves and stole ALL my Dragon Priest Helms
-My child's Bunny is stuck in my front porch!
-Every time I steal my wife's clothes she some how gets some more on when I come home!
-Bee In A Jar fell through my floor.
-Crafted an alchemy table.. Then it said I could build another. So I tried and apparently wasted my materials for nothing.
-Achievements are only worth 10g each (and only 5 of them)
-Not on PS3
-ONLY ONE BOOKSHELF IF YOU DON"T GET THE LIBRARY!!

PROS!
-You get a slightly bigger house.
-Children give you items every now and again.
-Can have a carriage in front of your house.
-Enchanting Table, Alchemy Table, Smelter, Workbench, etc..
