The Conduit was a little game that quickly gained popularity. It's one of thoes games that people decided to get it no matter what people say. The single player campaign won't win any awards or be remembered any time soon. It will sell on it's multiplayer alone. The campaign is very straight forward. Go down one path to the next and shoot everything in your way. You'll occasionally break off and explore a room to find door switches or hack into panels via your ACE. Not to say the game is bad it's full of action and there are a ton of people and monsters to shoot with a good choice of weapons. The thing that can get annoying is the re spawning monsters who come out of portals or eggs. You'll have to press on till you get to one and shoot it out. it's easier said then done in later parts of the game. You'll also fight the same monsters and humans over and over. Some can be very annoying like the suicide bombers and the flying bugs. Also the bosses are to easy as they will just crawl around the area and not even look at you unless your right up into their face. The campaign is over quickly but the multiplayer will have you coming back for months with ranks (like COD WAW) fun modes and up to 12 players. Over all it's a fun action game with few hang ups but will deliver a fun experience both on and off line.
