Not a let-down, people just expected too much without considering the Wii's limits.

Gameplay – An overall good shooter on the Wii, but it does have some major glitch issues. The game needs more different types of enemies, and it doesn't feel as satisfying when you kill the aliens. I don't know about you, but when I blast my aliens, I want them to writhe in pain. Mu... Hahahaha? Not too many weapons, but it's easy to have fun with the few there are.

Graphics – Great graphics, but some annoying glitches and glitch-worlds. If not for these glitch-worlds (which aren't even cool), graphics would have received a 9.0.

Length – Only about 10 chapters or so, each one won't take more than half an hour to beat, totalling about 5-7 hours of gameplay in the story mode. It's not a very long story mode, but Wi-Fi will keep you busy for weeks.

Storyline – An okay story that's not explained all that well. Let's hope The Conduit 2 will elaborate a bit more on how this all happened.

-----
Sound – The Conduit has an okay sound-track. Not much else to say.
6/10
-----
Controls – Fairly easy to control, especially with the Wii Zapper.
8/10

Multi-player - Surprisingly amazing multi-player, with little to no lag. The one thing that they forgot, that hopefully The Conduit 2 has, is offline-multiplayer (and a better story).

OVERALL:
I think people were expecting too much out of this game, and completely forgot about the Wii's limits. I feel that people are a tad hard on this game, and I personally love it.
