Check out the reinvented Snoop Lion in the Knocc 'Em Down music video for Tekken Tag Tournament 2.
Video is bad, song is bad, and the artist is bad. It's such a shame to have this guy associated with Tekken. What makes it worse is that Tag Tournament proved to be better than all the numbered titles, so in a sense, he has single handedly ruined the greatest Tekken game to date.
Why can't he go and do his shit with CoD?
@JustArtificial lol! how can a rapper single-handedly ruin a fighting game series? just because the music is terrible to your taste? this is a FIGHTING game, not some ddr or guitar hero puzzle music game. look, i respect your opinion that you hate this song, but snoop dogg (or lion, whatever) ruining the franchise off? complete utter bullshit. tekken is pretty much alive.
WTF?! lol What's going on in this video?! And did he just call himself "Bob Marley Reincarnated"? Holy s*** dude is the music business really that bad now and day, that you have to come up with a fake jamaican accent and start raggae. Or is Snoop "Lion" just going through some midlife crisis lol. I hate mainstream... >:|
Who's idea was it to invite all these has-been musicians (trent reznor, mike shinoda) into gaming? Damn video gaming has become so mainstream its sad
You can tell Snoop is clueless as to what is going on around him, but you can't hate a guy for trying.
lol at least this song is better than the songs he made with pop stars like katy perry.
90s snoop - he made songs with dre, tupac
this era - david guetta, katy perry...
We'll probably get use it the "Lion". Like with Puff Daddy/P. Diddy. Though...I can reconcile Snoop's change better...
Hope the game's good though
Snoop Lion doesn't even have a ring to it. Snoop Dogg just sounds much better to say, maybe that's because we are so used to it, but I don't think Snoop Lion would have made much sense or sounded right even if that was his stage name from the get go.
I love reggae but to me snoop will always be D O double G to me... If he wants to be called snoop lion whatever... Goodluck getting that to stick with anyone lol! Its all good tho snoop.. and im definitely getting this game for ps3!
I'm not a fan of hip-hop or rap, but I actually like. Does his stage come only to the ones who pre-order it or is it alos the early access thing?
interesting how snoop dog is getting so involved with this game. Its cool how they had justin wong and i think mark man in there. TTT2 is gonna be awesome though
Well that was entertaining. Not sure what else to say other than, well finding such a video was unexpected.
Terrible? Prolly the first thing in years that's worth listening too...
Oh, i guess u prefer that Katy perry techno track he's been doin these days?..
Man, music's dead, thanks to fans like u...
I have been saying that the fact that the garbage they put out today is so popular just confirms even more how stupid the sheep really are. I mean, there has always been garbage music, but the stuff out today is so much worse than any other generation. I hate it so much.
So true, its not even funny...
@Gliave You said it. Rap died hard once digital sounds took over sampling. Garbage, Auto-tune invasion w/ repetitive instrumentals. It's sad that only about 250.000 ppl know who DJ Quik is. He'd smash any modern artist.
Snoop Lion is the name he took on for his new reggae direction. This is hip-hop, so technically it is still Snoop Dogg. Besides that this song is absolutely terrible. BOOOO!
