Back in the late 80's and early 90's, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were the hottest thing in America. At least, if you were a little boy. Toys, TV shows, movies, and videogames featuring the turtles were all the rage, arguably, the most nostalgia attached to it. TMNT the arcade game is a co-op brawler that lets you choose from the four heroes and take on the foot clan. Back then, it was magical. Now? Not nearly as much but still for a short while pretty cool to play & remember. The game is just as fun as you remember it and you don’t really even notice all the button mashing involved. Online play really makes this game. You actually feel like you’re better off if you have 4 people (turtles) playing, regardless of how many more enemies spawn on the screen. That oh-so-dramatic moment of deciding which turtle to choose… do you go for Donatello’s long-range, slow attacks with his Bo or for Raphael’s short-range, quick attacks with his Sais? All That & for only 5 bucks its nice to get yet another feel of gaming history.
