A great spin-off, with fun combat and an engaging story.

User Rating: 9 | Mugen no Frontier: Super Robot Taisen OG Saga DS
Endless Frontier begins with the amateur ladies' man, Haken Browning and the android, Aschen Brodel going into a crashed ship called the Mai Tierra searching for treasure. Instead they find the princess of Kagura Amahara, Kaguya Nanbu. And an epic journey begins. The fun starts with a fast battle system that doesn't slow down or bore for one bit. But perhaps the most appealing part of the game is the crossover featuring Reiji Arisu and Xiaomu from the Japan-only strategy-RPG, Namco X Capcom, and KOS-MOS from Xenosaga. There's also an antagonist from each of these games(Saya from NxC and T-elos from Xenosaga). And as the story develops, it becomes more and more engaging. In the end, Endless Frontier is a great spin-off, and probably Monolith Soft's best work.-Dan B. Jr.

Concept 8.5: A fast-paced, more traditional spin-off of Super Robot Taisen.

Graphics 8.5: For a DS game, it's actually pretty good-looking.

Sound 9: Great BGM and the lack of an english dub.

Playability 9: The combat is fast and fun, and exploration's not that bad either.

Entertainment 9: Super Robot Taisen's good to begin with, but this game is great. Fans of SRT and Xenosaga will love it.

Replay Value 9: There's plenty to keep you entertained for a while.
