The classic NES game the started with the system in 1985

User Rating: 8.5 | Super Mario Bros. NES
When the Nintendo Entertainment System came out in 1985, there were four system bundles that you could buy, but most people got the one that just came with the system and Super Mario for $99. Super Mario was the first NES game that many people play, and it remains a beloved classic to this day. With classic 8-bit graphics, you can't go wrong.
The game contains 8 levels, with four stages in each level. Each stage has a variety of types, from being on the regular area, to underground, underwater, and there's even lava! Also, each stage has different enemies, such as Koopas, goombas, and… fish.
Though it is a great game, it does fall short on a few things. First, lack of different enemies. I cannot stress this enough, IT NEEDS MORE ENEMIES! They resort to putting wings on the same enemy. What, did their imagination just fall on the ground and die? Second, lots of glitches. I understand this is an old game, but it works perfectly fine one moment, and the next it just stops. I know I sound like I hate the game, but I really LOVE this game! It's just these two things that make it almost perfect, but not quite. Overall, an awesome game, but not perfect
