Super Mario Advance is an incredible remake of an incredible platformer.

User Rating: 9 | Super Mario Advance GBA
The good: Uses the graphics from Super Mario All-stars, Great music, features Mario Bros. in it, fun and addictive

The bad: Graphics are also weaker then the snes version, New character voicing might be dissapointing to some people

Super Mario Bros. 2 is definitly the weakest game in the series, but it was one of the best games of the decade, and the third best selling game on the Nes, only behind Super Mario Bros. 3 and The Original Super Mario Bros.

This time, SMB 2 comes to the GBAm with Super Mario Advance, the first in the GBA remake series. While it might not have improved graphics from the original, Super Mario Advance is an incredible remake of an incredible platformer.

Game-play: 10/10

You play as either one of four characters; Mario, Luigi, Peach, or Toad, Mario is the average, Luigi is the jumper, Peach can float, and Toad is the strongest. You must save this fantasy world from the evil frog, Wart. The game is fun, and incredibly addictive to play.

Graphics: 8/10

Graphically, it's good, but it's obvious that due to the poor quallity of the Game Boy Advance compared to the Snes, the graphics are washier and lighter.

Sound: 9/10

Great Music!! The best music is the boss music! Some people, however, might not like that the game features voicing, obviously not featured in the Nes and Snes versions.

Camera and Control: 9/10

In tilt measures, the camera is perfect, but due to the game's use of "better then the other" game-play, the control is kinda clunky.

Value: 9/10

When in doubt, buy this game.

Average Score: 9/10

This game is brilliant!! The remake might be weak compared to its sequels, but it's game-play is way better then the rest. If you're looking for a great remake from the 80's, look no further
