Star wars is like salt, stop putting it on everything.

This game is great and worth getting, but only at a bargain. I really wish that I had liked the star wars characters I do, but they just made the game a tad more shallow and soulcalibur being one of the few fighting games nowadays that doesn't have shallow fighting is the main reasons I get the series. The fact that darth vader can ring you out in the amount of time in takes to use a throw, makes you constantly worried about moving him to the edge with a barrage of attacks. The apprentice needs his own game for a reason, he's a god of the force which makes any noob who knows how to input a basic command, able to spam lightning. The force gauge does not stop him from owning you. Anyways, my general ratings for this game are below.

The reason for this is because it's on the ps3, any game on the ps3 needs stunning graphics that make backgrounds look like a movie or real ocean, sky, etc.
sound-7.5
nothing special in my mind, not much explanation to this, but hey the music isn't much either.

Yeah its good, the changes they have made to some of the characters have made some of the a little to easy to use. The main reason I call this game innovative is they added a ton of new customizable abilities and such to the game, but only being able to use character weapons tones it down a lot. The abilities are really cool, but the fact that they are the only thing to get leveled up kinda sucks.
