Sonic's first pinball game. Ther have only been 3 Sonic games to do with pinball and this is far by the best. The other pinball games are Sonic Spinball for the Game Gear and Sonic Pinball Party on the GBA. Even knowing that this game is ten years older and in a lower bit console this is much better than the recent Sonic Pinball Party. (Story)On your way to stop Dr Robotnik in his new fortress you are blow out of the sky from your aeroplane and you land in the sea. Thats when the story begins. You control Sonic in a pinball like level's and must collect the Chaos Emeralds and defeat the boss. (Graphics)Graphics are good but Sonic does not seem to look as good as he did on his other games on the Genesis. The pinball levels look superb and the bosses (which are always masive) look realy good. It's just Sonic who could have looked a bit better. (Sound)Music is good. The songs are very catchy. Plus when you collect things and hit things it sound quite real. So no problems here. (Gameplay)Sonic is easy to control its just that some of the levels are hard to do certen things on. The first level is so easy to control its just the levels after that that are a bit hard to control. (Value)It has only got 4 levels but they are very big levels. I love playing this game again and again. It's a game that I don't get bored of. Plus the bonus pinball levels that you can play after tou do a level is a nice touch. Plus you can always play the game again to beat your old score. (Overall)This is a very good game. But it is a hard game. The first 2 levels are quite easy but the 2 after that are very hard. Finding the Chaos Emeralds on the last level will take some time to do. The main bad thing about this game is that it is a bit to short. It could have had a few more levels on it. But none the less this is a very good game and the best Sonic pinball game to date.
