I'll keep this short and sweet, which basically sums up the game in all positive respects. It may be because I'm an old school sonic fan but I found the game a breeze. However, there are some challenging aspects including a very tough final boss and the bonus stages using the iPhone rotation ability but maybe because thats just me and my lack of experience in that area!

The game is fantastic, and I don't need to explain how brilliant the game looks, feels and sounds. The music is just like the classic melodies from the old days and Sonic is on his own! Just what we wanted.

It may have taken 16 years, but Sonic is back. It's like an old saying in Hollywood.. "Act 1 and Act 2, they don't matter... because everyone always...ALWAYS remembers... Act 3". This is the latest chapter in Sonic. And a damn good one.

Well done Sega. Sonic is re-juvanated.
