I have not reviewed a game in a long time, but I had to review this one for sure! This game is THAT awesome!
This game is by far the best PSP game to date. Not only does it have the best online for a PSP game right now, but the gameplay is also just right.
The SP is interesting and once again, you have side objectives that are NOT including in your main mission. By that I mean, take a picture of a map on a wall, it does not list that in your objectives as something you must accomplish, therefore making you search for other things to do. Pick up intel, take pictures, etc, there all other objectives that have results on more information for your next mission. There are also a lot more cut scenes throughout your mission, along with checkpoints. So now when you die, no more back to the beginning.
Another nice addition to the game are medals. Kill 100 people, BOOM, you got yourself a nice medal that you can stick on your wall for all your friends to see. But there are about 25-40 medals that you can earn, varying between online, SP, and Coop. And also, when you get a medal, you also unlock something. 100 kills unlocks a weapon for you, playing a Coop match unlocks a new skin for your customizable characters, which is also another awesome feature. Now you do not have to run around looking the same as Tom3000, you can look better then him and laugh at him as you shoot him.
I HAVE NOT PLAYED THE COOP PART YET, SO I AM NOT REVIEWING IT.
I have been playing a lot online, and I have only seen lag once, which was like 1/30 games that I have played. The mics work very well most of the time, but sometimes you will not be able to make out what people are saying because it sounds very garbled. You can also make clan tags again, like mine is MTL because thats my city!
So after most likely boring everyone with my wonderful review of this game, actually ''half'' review, seeing as I did not include the Coop part. I hope you all consider this game for your PSP, and seeing as its only 39.99 CA, you can NOT go wrong, eh! Shoutout to all my fellow Canadians out there!
