When i brought home Sins of a Solar Empire i immediately thought it was cool about how you are in space and the fact that there are many options of what you can build. But after playing this game for only a few hours i still could not figure out how to really play it. What i mean is that i am a big fan of Real-Time Strategy game and this game never clicked for me and never gave me that urge to continue to play until late at night. There is so much this game could have done better and it sucks to play a game that i never really enjoyed one minute of. First thing that was bad about this game was the fact that everyone in the game is so spread out and it can be hard to get resources and to start battles when the maps are so large. A second problem is the huge learning curve that i never really got over and it probably would have taken me like 10 hours just to figure the basics of this game out and i did not feel like wasting my time. Overall Sins of a Solar Empire is a highly overrated Real-Time Strategy game that had too big of a learning curve to get over and that is why it is so disastrous.
