EA - you knew this game was broken and couldn't handle server demands before you released this game.

Broken game that even if fixed, will never live up to its potential. I have already signed the petition to get my money back. http://www.change.org/petitions/electronic-arts-simcity-refund#share
for those that are interested. Companies cannot continue to get away with cheating good customers with crap titles. And that includes ridiculous DRM and other anti-piracy measures that destroy the game play for paying customers. Even if the game had brilliant gameplay, and I'll not continue trying to see if it does, I'll give it the lowest score possible.

If you bought a car and the next day realized it was very broken down, would you keep it and hope for a fix or would you take it back to the dealer and demand your money back, or even threaten to sue? A game is like any other product. Release it in working order, give refunds when it is released broken, or expect to be sued...
